Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine gave fans a look at the home workouts he’s using to maintain his lean physique in quarantine.
With the guidance of his trainer Austin Pohlen, Levine’s upper body workout features a challenging series of moves, starting with a set of hanging knee raises with added resistance from a pair of chains draped over his feet.
The lean muscle is also built from doing a farmer’s carry with a pair of kettlebells, single-arm incline presses, plus cardio. Pohlen, who also trains Levine’s model wife Behati Prinsloo said, “somehow he makes a lot of this stuff look way easier than it is.” Watch Adam Levine’s shirtless workouts below.
